The Process

Every project starts with an idea. Whether you already know exactly what you want or need help bringing the concept together, each piece is handled personally from start to finish.

1. Start Your Project
   Reach out with photos of the piece, your ideas, inspiration, wording, logos, or artwork you’d like incorporated.

2. Design & Planning
   The concept is worked into a custom design that fits the piece and the style you’re looking for. Details are discussed and finalized before any engraving begins.

3. Design Approval
   You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and approve the direction before the project moves forward.

4. Engraving
   Once approved, the piece is carefully engraved with attention to detail throughout the entire project.

5. Final Inspection
   After the engraving is complete, the finished work is checked over to make sure every detail is right.

6. Finished Piece
   Once complete, you’ll be contacted to arrange pickup, delivery, or the appropriate return process.
